FRESH TOONES’ LATEST INSTALLMENT
“True Believer” is the latest independent offering from Dave Puls. In this animated short, the alarm is sounded to beware of the “True Believer.” It blends humor with its stark observations of fanatics past and present. (Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein make cameo appearances.) “True Believer” has been selected to run in several festivals, including Rochester’s “Movies on a Shoestring,” the Kansas City Filmmakers Jubilee, and Philadelphia’s First Glance Film Festival.
