Greetings from Animatus! Here’s the latest news…

ROCHESTER INTERNAT’L FILM FEST A BIG SUCCESS

Thanks to everyone who came out for our big screening of Derf’s “Search for the Great White Ale” at the George Eastman House. It was a great, responsive audience — a good time was had by all! We also enjoyed seeing the festival’s other shorts and meeting many talented filmmakers.

SU AND MO TRAILER ONLINE

Su and Mo have finally earned enough tip money to complete their independent film! After a turbulent production period, they journey to their native Japan for a premiere screening at the Tokyo Jokio film festival. Hilarity ensues!

We’re currently submitting this 12 minute epic to festivals… we’re hoping selection committees will be intrigued by our satirical look behind the scenes of movie-making. Or at least find it funny.

“Sharks in the Water” is a disconcerting look at the corporate corruption and political collaboration that plague the United States.
