Kathleen Lemke, who produced her high school senior project “Down Below” at the Animation Workshop<\/a>, was selected as 1 of 10 finalists for the 2014 Rochester Teen Film Festival. \u00a0Congratulations, Kathleen!<\/p>\n

“Down Below” tells the story of a young man named Boreas, who lives in the land of the clouds. \u00a0He dreams of seeing what is below the clouds, and gets the chance to see his wish fulfilled.\u00a0The 4 minute piece was animated in stop-motion using hand colored paper cut-out figures and backgrounds.<\/p>\n

The RTFF screening will be on Wednesday, August 6th at The Little Theatre in Rochester, NY. Showtime begins at 5:30pm and there will be a reception immediately after the film festival in The Little Cafe.<\/p>\n
