Rochester High Falls International Film Festival

 

WHERE TO BUY TICKETS

Tickets & All-Access Passes are available for purchase online at

www.rochestersmoviefest.com and from April 24 through May 3 at the

RHFIFF ticket office: 45 East Ave, Ste 400, Rochester NY.

 

Ticket office hours: 9 am – 5 pm Weekdays; 9 am – 2 pm Saturday.

Tickets may also be purchased at screening venues one hour prior to the show’s start time.

 

Website orders will be processed and mailed via U.S. postage through Tuesday, April

22. Orders placed online through May 3 will not be mailed after April 22; instead, they

will be available for pick up at the RHFIFF ticket office.

You must present the same credit card used to place your order to confirm your

identity and receive your tickets.

Only credit card orders can be processed online.

SAME DAY TICKETS AT VENUES Tickets will be available 1 hour before show

time at the box office. Cash or credit cards are accepted at most screening locations;

Cinema Theatre is cash only. No checks accepted.

 

SOLD OUT/RUSH TICKETS Available 10 minutes prior to each screening or event

at the venue’s box office. Rush tickets are sold on a first-come, first served basis to

people in the designated Rush line.

Young Filmmakers Competition – Friday, May 2, 5:30 p.m. at the Dryden

 

ALL-ACCESS \ PASSES Includes entry to all Festival films, events and parties:

$175.00. Vouchers for All-Access passes are available online through May 3, and at the

RHFIFF ticket office, from April 24 - May 3. This voucher must be exchanged at any

Rochester High Falls International Film Festival screening venue for an official RHFIFF

pass. There will be a special pass holders line at each venue. Please note: passes are

non-transferable and do not guarantee seating. An allotment of seats are reserved at

every screening for passholders; these seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served

basis. As many films sell out, passholders are encouraged to come at least 15 minutes

GENERAL FESTIVAL POLICIES AND INFORMATION

No refunds. All sales are final. Programs are subject to change without notice.

Ticket holders who arrive late are seated only at the discretion of the Festival’s

theatre representatives based on seat availability and accessibility. Standing in

the aisles or at the back of the theatre is prohibited.

No entry will be permitted 10 minutes after the scheduled start of any screening.

All film-goers must leave the theatre between screenings.

Cameras and recording devices are not permitted in the Festival theatres.

Please turn off all pagers and cell phones upon entering any Festival theatre.

All festival screening venues are wheelchair accessible, with the exception of

the restrooms in Little Theatre 1 and the Cinema.
